I know most of you don't have eleven minutes for a bit of encouragement, but if you do (I found eleven minutes to watch this way after my bedtime one night), this video will give you a virtual pat on the back. I think it shows that what we are trying to do is the right thing to do. It also shows that we - educators in general - have a loooong way to go.
