Future Me - Send an Email to Your Future Self

FutureMe.org is a site where users can create an email to be sent at a later time.  Students could type their hopes and dreams at the beginning of the year, predictions for a project's outcome, or goals for specific academic areas.  Emails are then stored and emailed at a later date as determined by the user.

One hesitation is that some emails are designated "public, but anonymous" and are shared along the right side of the website.  And one never knows what the public wants to share with their future selves.

All student created emails can be designated "private" however.

Thanks to Free Tech 4 Teachers for the heads up and for including several other possible uses for FutureMe in education.
